In the Event of class cancellation, classes will be either moved to a different venue, if possible or your class payment shall be transferred to another day. Refunds will not be issued.

Once venue classes can resume, information will be sent to you via email with full details. Once you have booked and paid for class you are making a commitment to attend. If you miss a class due to holiday or illness, no refunds or class transfers will be possible. It is at the class leaders descretion whether they offer you another day to make up a class or transfer to another date. This can nont always be the case.

It is important to provide all information when registering and completing the booking process. Only once payment has been made is you place in class confirmed.

Please ensure an adult (18 years minimum) is present throughout class at all times. All babies and toddlers are the responsibility of the adult caring for them. Any accidents must be reported tothe class leader. Safety procedures must be followed at all times and no equipment must be moved or altered without the class leaders say so. Damage to any equipment by any customer will be held accountable and issued a damages bill.

Saplings Baby Massage

It is important to inform the instructor of any medical conditions your baby has before the class. Instructors typically recommend not to bring babies wo have a fever, have been recently vaccinated or have any contagious illnesses.

Bbaies must be at least 8 weeks old to join the class. If you baby was premature you must add on the weeks your baby was been early. Please contact info@thenaturalsensorynook.co.uk for further details.

Food and drink can not be given during massage. If baby needs feeding please do so but please wait until the end to eat or have a hot drink yourself.

Photos can be taken in class of your own baby only. Please ensure you do not take pictures of others your not responsible for unless you have gained permission from the parent or guidian.

Baby massage is not a substitute for medical advice. If you are concerned or have any worries, please ensure you seek professional medical advice.

By making a booking you are accepting all terms and conditions. You understand that regrettably no refunds will be given. If you don't think you can follow the guidelines set out in our classes, we advice that you wait a little longer and book when you feel ready too.
