Baby change can be found in The Nooks Studio.
You will find The studio past the pet shop and through the lobby where the flowers hang in the window. We are at the back of this lobby.
Pushchairs can be left out in the lobby, but please do bring your bag.
No food or drink in class (unless baby needs a feed)
Shoes can be left in the reception area before class.
Please encouage your child to not throw any materials.
I ask that only one adult attends with your baby, but if you wish to invite a guest, please contact me prior to class.
All adults must stay and supervise their baby at all times.

Learn strokes that will help your baby to feel relaxed and releave tension in the tummy and congestion and offering opportunities for you to bond and connect further with your baby. Baby must be 8 weeks- 12 months No refunds can be given Please ensure you inform the instructor prior to class if your baby has any medical conditions. If your baby has been poorly or had vaccinations in the last 48 hours please do NOT attend class. Full T&Cs on the website
