Baby Yoga (2mth - 8mth)

Baby Yoga at The Nook studio, designed for parents and your baby to connect, bond, play and move together. This is a fully interactive class where both of you will participate in gentle movements, stretches and poses, encouraging flexibility, relaxation and overall well-being. (Please note- you wi …morell be physically active) We look at breathwork, posture and grounding techniques for you as a parent. For baby we will work on muscle strength and tone, balance, coordination and flexibility, digestion and circulation, sensory integration and respiratory health. Parents are required to stay with their baby at all times during class, ensuring a safe and nurturing experience. There will also be dedicated time for babies to play and for you to chat and enjoy refreshments in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Christmas Discovery Session (6mth - 18mth)

This is a 1 hour Sensory Discovery Session. Open play with materials and enjoy a Christmas theme! A visit from Santa will be included along with a gift for every child booked. All children are able to play and enjoy the sensory session and meet Santa. There will be opportunity to have a photo …morewith Santa but no pressure will be made if children do not want too. (Family photo is welcome) Children must be supervised at all times and follow all rules of The Nooks to ensure safety and enjoyment. No food or drink can be taken into the studio area. Toilets are located in the building on the far right as you drive in, ladies toilets are to the rear. A baby changing table can be found in the studio. All children who are booked onto the session will receive a gift from Santa. less
