Baby change can be found in The Nooks Studio.
You will find The studio past the pet shop and through the lobby where the flowers hang in the window. We are at the back of this lobby.
Pushchairs can be left out in the lobby, but please do bring your bag.
No food or drink in class (unless baby needs a feed)
Shoes can be left in the reception area before class.
Please encouage your child to not throw any materials.
I ask that only one adult attends with your baby, but if you wish to invite a guest, please contact me prior to class.
All adults must stay and supervise their baby at all times.

A calm, welcoming space where both you *and* your baby are cared for, seen and supported. At The Nook, we honour the early parenting journey as one of deep transition. These sessions are not about “doing it right” or achieving anything — they are about slowing down, tuning in and reconnecting with your body, your baby and yourself. Each session offers time for gentle sharing and connection with other parents, creating a sense of community and reassurance that you are not alone in this season. We weave together: * **Gentle parent stretches** to support tired bodies, ease tension and encourage release — all done alongside your baby so you can move together. * **Baby yoga movements and stretches** that support your baby’s physical development, digestion, coordination and body awareness, always following their cues and needs. * **Simple ways to care for your own body**, particularly after birth, with mindful movement, breath awareness and moments of rest woven throughout. There is no rush, no pressure and no expectation for babies to be still or engaged at all times. Babies are free to feed, rest, explore or simply be held. Parents are invited to listen to their bodies and take what they need from each moment. These sessions are about nurturing the bond between you and your baby, while also gently restoring you — supporting strength, softness and confidence as you grow together. At The Nook, baby yoga is not just a class. It is a shared experience of connection, care and compassion — for both of you. I'm so looking forward to welcoming you.
These sessions are slow, nurturing and led entirely by you and your baby’s needs. There is no expectation for babies to be still, quiet or to take part in everything — feeding, changing, resting and cuddles are all warmly welcomed.
What to Bring
* A towel for your baby
* Anything your baby may need during the session (milk, muslin, comfort items)
* Yourself just as you are — no experience needed
Mats and props are provided, and you’re welcome to move, rest or sit out whenever you need.
*What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows gentle movement and stretching. Babies can wear whatever they feel most relaxed in.
*The Session Flow
We begin with a gentle arrival and time for sharing, allowing you to settle into the space. The session will include:
* Soft parent stretches to support your body
* Gentle baby yoga movements and stretches
* Opportunities to pause, rest and connect
All movements are optional and always guided with care and flexibility.

There is no comparison here. No rushing. No “shoulds”.
Every baby and every parent arrives exactly as they are meant to.
Sessions are kept small so not to overwhelm you or baby.
